We had the oportunity last month to invite an amazing emerging band, living between Lyon (France) and Morocco, Bab l’Bluz.
We made a fusion between maloya and gnawa, and this is one the songs that we played together that night. The two songs are a traditionnal gnawa song, Hamouda, and a song from Danyel Waro, Di Mwin la Tombé.

We formed this duo with Margaux Delatour (singer in the band Pixvae, Ti’kaniki), making covers of traditionnal mexican songs. There is a very wide repertory in this big and rich country, it’s a great objective for me, we are still working hard 🙂

Ma Benz is a famous tune of the french rap band NTM from the 90’s (the intro is the original music played in live), with sens of humor and balkan music 🙂

This live was during summer 2018 in Belgium, in the lovely town of Gant. I’m very honored of having play in this incredible festival in the main stage.
